Nichole will call you promptly at the time of your session if you are U.S. based. If you prefer Zoom, or are internationally based, please indicate that.

It is recommended that you are in a serene environment during the scheduled experience, one in which you can comfortably sit or lie down and won’t be interrupted.

Depending on the service selected, some sessions may include a full conversation and other sessions might have parts without conversation during the energy healing portion.

Sessions must be purchased at least 24-hours in advance in order to be able to confirm your appointment request.

You can adjust your appointment via the confirmation email/link provided to you after booking a session. 48-hours advanced notice required to reschedule.

Messages left at the 1-800 number are not returned.

Cancellation Policy: Full charge for no answers or less than a 48-hour rescheduling notice.

Refund Policy: Once purchased and booked, no refunds. However, you can reschedule up to 48-hours prior (advance notice is required).

Expiration of Individual Sessions: 60 days from purchase date.

Expiration of Gift Certificates: 180 days from purchase date.

Expiration of Spiritual Sessions Package: up to a year from purchase date.
