EPISODE 95: MEDITATION Q&A
How is everyone doing with the meditation series? Still with us? Amazing! Don’t know what I’m talking about? Please go back and listen to the announcement episode.
If you’ve been meditating along with Barrett and me, or if you want to hear how others are doing with it, check out this Q&A episode where we address your input and answer your burning questions like – how do we more fully embody these practices? How can we avoid the most common pitfalls and barriers along the way? How can we ensure we’re doing meditation in a way that leads to a sustained shift in our relationships, ourselves and our lives? We also share what's coming up with the meditation series in November.

Remember that it can take anywhere from 18 days to 254 days for a person to form a new behavior that becomes natural. For most people the sweet spot is 66 consecutive days. Therefore, it is suggested that you do the meditations daily to help it become a part of your everyday being.
