EPISODE 89: MINI-MEDITATION: RELEASING BLOCKED EMOTIONS
This is a condensed version of the meditation on releasing blocked emotions. Use it when you don't have time to commit that day to the full meditation or if you need a quick reset.
It is preferred for you to be seated or lying down and in a place where you can close your eyes and be free from all distractions. Do not play or use this meditation while operating machinery or completing responsibilities where you need to focus.
