Thinking of investing in your spiritual well-being? Consider scheduling an intuitive reading or distanced energy healing session.

• At checkout, you will be asked to provide a phone number (U.S. based clients) for the time of your appointment or email (international clients).

• Nichole will call you promptly at the time of your session.

• If you are internationally based, a calendar invite for Zoom will be emailed to you an hour before the scheduled time.

• It is recommended that you are in a serene environment during the scheduled experience, one in which you can comfortably sit or lie down and won’t be interrupted.

• Depending on the service selected, some sessions may include a full conversation and other sessions might have parts without conversation during the energy healing portion.

• Sessions must be purchased at least 24-hours in advance in order to be able to confirm your appointment request.

• If you are not available for the days/times currently open, feel free to email contact@apsychicsstory.com for a preferred date/time and will do our best to accommodate.

• You can adjust your appointment via the confirmation email/link provided to you after booking a session. 48-hours advanced notice required to reschedule.

• Messages left at the 1-800 number are not returned.

Cancellation Policy: Full charge for no answers or less than a 48-hour rescheduling notice.

Refund Policy: Once purchased and booked, no refunds. However, you can reschedule up to 48-hours prior (e.g. advance notice required).

Expiration of Individual Sessions: 60 days from purchase date.

Expiration of Gift Certificates: 180 days from purchase date.

Expiration of Spiritual Sessions Package: up to a year from purchase date.
